The rooms here are beautiful, and the location is great.

There were comfortable beds and climate control, multi-channel television and a fridge in the a twin room. There was a wide range of good meals. It had a particularly good location just next door to restaurants and cafe.

The hotel's position was exceptionally nice, near good restaurants. The rooms were big size and beds - comfortable.

Disappointing aspect was dirty bathroom.

The location here is great, near various dining options, a police station operating at night, SM Pampanga, and charming cafes.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was relatively clean with a huge bed and plenty of pillows. The water pressure in the shower was good and toiletries were provided. I enjoyed the nearby restaurants and diner as well as the convenience of having Jollibee and McDo nearby.

Nothing could have been improved.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I appreciated the comfortable and clean rooms. The location of the hotel was also a positive aspect, as it was conveniently situated near local restaurants and attractions. the hotel offered a helpful front desk service which was great for any questions or concerns.

There were also some negative aspects of my stay. The first room I was given had maintenance issues with the toilet.

The room size is perfect and the location is easily accessible. the private parking is definitely a plus. the complementary coffee and tea were a great way to start the day. I also liked how the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room at Capital O 176 Bliss was clean enough. The location was convenient, being near Jollibee and Mcdo. The WiFi connection was also okay. Despite some drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, I would still recommend this hotel overall.
